This document is a series of carefully crafted questions to pull out the core information about your company. It helps identify who your business serves, how you serve your customers, and why you serve them, which will lay the essential foundation for the type of visual branding that will work best for your company. 

The mood board will establish the look and feel of your brand in a collection of photos and colors. This ensures we are on the same page visually before we jump into design.

This is primary mark that identifies your business. I will draft up many preliminary sketches and choose the best concepts to refine. I will present you with three design concepts to choose from. You will select one final logo and two revisions are included.

An alternate logo design is just like it sounds, and alternate version of your logo design. Having alternate versions allows you greater design flexibility across different platforms such as web and mobile so that you can use the logo best suited to the application. 

A 1-page PDF brand board (pictured here) is included. This board identifies the main elements that define your brand and is used to maintain consistency when your or other vendors are working on your brand. 

I will provide 2-3 typography recommendations for your brand.

I will provide 3-5 primary colors for your brand as well as their HEX, RGB, and CMYK values so that you can choose the right colors for print and digital use. 

Make a great first impression with your choice of a double-sided business card design OR 2 Social Cover Images for the platform of your choice.

A submark is a variation of a logo, used in situations when the main logo is not the best fit. A favicon is the small icon used at the top of an internet browser to identify your website. You choose which you want. 

I will design 3 custom design elements for your brand. These could be icons, custom social icons, watermarks, or something similar that will work across your brand collateral. 

Patterns and textures in your branding can help create further distinction in your branding. I will create 2 patterns OR textures that are suited to your brand.

A custom WordPress website built with Elementor for WordPress, an industry leading drag and drop page builder. This solution provides great flexibility, and the ability for you to easily make text and image updates yourself (if you choose to). 

We will review your goals for your website and strategically plan out how we can best address those goals with the design and function of your new site. 

All websites come with a Homepage and Blog Design. You can choose up to 5 additional pages included in the package. 

Additional pages can be added for an additional cost, please request quote. 

Mobiles devices make up 52% of web traffic these days. Your site will be both desktop and mobile friendly so all your web traffic can have a great experience on your site. 

To make sure you can use the aspects of your site you need to, I provide recorded video training on topics you choose to make the administration of your site simple. Up to 1-hour of training is provided, all requests must be received not later than 1 week post-launch.

To reserve space in my calendar I require a signed contract and a 50% deposit for the package and add-ons you choose. The remaining 50% deposit is due at the end of your project to release your final files.

*VIP Package is split into three payments 30% up front, 40% second month, and 30% prior to the website launch .

Yes. My contract outlines that upon final payment you will own the final works created for you and I will also give you all of the source files (design files). Not all designers work this way, but as a business owner I understand the value of being in control of your assets and never feeling trapped.

Unfortunately, no. Your logo is the single most used element of your brand and it should be well-executed and strategic. Logos designed without the context of a full brand lack the research and strategy that goes into creating a brand that will attract and connect with your ideal target audience.

Your logo will be on nearly everything for your business, so it’s best to partner with an experienced designer who can deliver the best results.

Yes, I will help you submit your designs to your printer of choice. PLEASE NOTE: My prices only include design and help ordering. Printing costs for any physical items such as fliers, brochures, etc. is never included.

If working on a web project or brand collateral piece that requires photos, I always highly recommend having professional brand photos taken. These increase the relatability of your brand and give you great content to share on social media.

If you don’t have the budget for photography, think outside the box. Can you trade your services with a photographer? Can you hire a college photography student for an affordable rate?

Please Note: Do not ask for free work. Photographers work very hard at their craft, but many are open to a good barter (especially for services they need/want).

If you cannot have your own photos taken, I can help source appropriate stock images for purchase and use in your project.

Clients are required to provide their own content. I will provide templates to collect your copy and strategy on what to provide. If you would like to work with a copywriter, let me know and we can build it into your project for an additional cost.
